The rules for using the globalsourico platform as a Buyer, Seller/Brand, Factory, Manufacturer, or Supplier.

globalsourico is a sourcing and trade facilitation service. We connect buyers, sellers, and brands seeking to import products into Pakistan from China, Malaysia, and Bangladesh — and exporters in Pakistan seeking to sell into those markets — with vetted factories, manufacturers, and suppliers. We handle documentation, matching, and coordination; we are not a manufacturer, and we do not guarantee any specific price, supplier, or delivery outcome.
The platform supports several account types, summarized below. Country Head, Field Agent, Sales Agent, and processing staff accounts are created only by globalsourico and are not available through self-registration.

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your email and WhatsApp number up to date, since these are our primary channels for account and order communication.
Buyer and Supplier accounts must submit the documents requested for their account type. globalsourico may schedule a site visit as part of verification, or waive it at our discretion. Your account remains in a pending state — unable to request prices, place orders, or bid — until globalsourico activates it. Activation decisions are made at globalsourico's sole discretion.
Product pricing is not published on the platform. An activated Buyer may submit a price request, which globalsourico or an assigned Sales Agent will respond to. Any price provided in response to a request is an estimate and is not binding until confirmed as part of a specific order.
Buyers may request pricing for a listed product, or post an order for bidding (RFQ) subject to the minimum order quantity set by globalsourico for that product. Suppliers who bid on an RFQ do so without visibility into other suppliers' bids. globalsourico or the relevant Country Head selects the awarded bid at their discretion — submitting a bid does not guarantee an award, and globalsourico may decline to award any RFQ.
Orders are processed against documentation, advance payment, and/or security terms agreed for that specific order — these may include a buyer advance, a full or partial supplier advance, and security arrangements appropriate to the order. Specific payment terms, currency, and schedule are confirmed per order and are not fixed by these Terms; refer to the Refund & Cancellation Policy for how cancellations at different stages are handled.
Any account holder may book a consultation. Bookings are subject to availability and may be rescheduled or cancelled by either party in line with the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
The globalsourico name, logo, and platform design are the property of globalsourico. Product data, tariff/FTA information, and content on the platform are provided for your use in evaluating trade opportunities through globalsourico and may not be scraped, republished, or used to build a competing service.
globalsourico facilitates and coordinates trade between independent buyers and suppliers; we are not the manufacturer of any product sourced through the platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, globalsourico's liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the fees globalsourico received in connection with that specific order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits or business opportunities.
globalsourico may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete verification, or circumvention of the platform. You may close your account at any time by contacting us; open orders will be processed to completion or resolved under the Refund & Cancellation Policy first.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer or trade protections that apply in your own country. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties before any other resolution process.
We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date, and active account holders will be notified by email ahead of changes that materially affect their rights or obligations.
